My on-demand coaching service is designed to provide busy entrepreneurs and business owners with a space to get out of their head and gain clarity when they are feeling overwhelmed or stuck.

Session Information
Sessions are typically **60 – 90 minutes** long and are conducted online.
Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential. I value your privacy greatly. However, there may be times where I breach confidentiality due to safety concerns. Some reasons for breaking confidentiality relate to child or elder abuse, and threats of self-harm or harm to others.

Purpose
The core goal of our interaction is to help you gain clarity about a specific situation of your choosing. Together, we’ll develop a next step plan that propels you closer to achieving the desired result for that situation.

Client Commitments
To foster a productive working relationship and to maximize our effectiveness, I make the following requests of you as a client:

– Punctuality: Please make all appointments/calls on time. If unable to, kindly call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
– Active Participation: Action assignments will be provided. Your journey demands your active involvement.
– Honesty: My role is to support your goal-oriented actions. The direction is yours to choose.
– Use Me as a Resource: As your coach, lean on me when seeking direction towards achieving your goals.
– Provocative Questions: At times, I might pose challenging questions. Your commitment means granting me permission to be bold and forthright in our interactions.
– Overcoming Roadblocks: Should we face challenges, trust that we’ll collaborate to navigate them.

*Note: As a client, you acknowledge and agree to your full responsibility for your well-being during our coaching sessions. This includes your choices and decisions. Understand that coaching is distinct from therapy. If required, professional referrals will be provided. Real change is a journey, not an instant solution.

Cancellation Policy
– Refunds: Cancel the session at least 24 hours before the start to get a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
– Rescheduling: You can reschedule the session by messaging me on WhatsApp or Telegram at [+37258251808](tel:+37258251808) at least 24 hours before the session. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the session is not permitted.
